Leads TrustPoint’s satellite spectrum strategy, ITU filings, FCC licensing, international coordination, interference analysis, and earth-station approvals. Drives government affairs and policy engagement with U.S. agencies, Congress, industry, and international forums to advance resilient commercial PNT. Oversees space regulatory compliance, export controls, launch licensing, and UN registration. Requires extensive satellite spectrum experience, regulatory expertise, technical RF fluency, policy influence, and U.S. Person status. The hybrid Herndon role includes occasional domestic and international travel.

Designs and manages TrustPoint’s IT infrastructure, AWS cloud environments, networks, developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and automation. Leads security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, monitoring, documentation, and compliance programs. Owns CMMC readiness, NIST controls, FedRAMP-aligned practices, AWS GovCloud, CUI and export-controlled environments, and future classified-system infrastructure. Supports developer productivity, disaster recovery, asset management, and secure field systems.

The Electrical and RF Engineer will design and implement electrical components for GNSS satellites and receivers, focusing on reliability and performance enhancement while collaborating with engineering teams and supporting product development activities.

The Embedded Software Engineer will design and implement software for GNSS satellites and ground systems, evaluate performance using hardware-in-the-loop, and support system commissioning and operations.

The role involves driving sales strategy, generating leads, building relationships in the GNSS market, and securing customer commitments. It includes collaboration with product teams and representation at industry events.

The Ground Station Lead will oversee the development and deployment of the LEONS product, managing strategy, operations, and vendor coordination for a new GPS-like system.

Lead end-to-end primary board design and bring-up for a space payload: schematics, part selection, layout oversight, precision timing and frequency-reference signal chain, multi-board integration with RF amplifier, manufacturability and production test readiness, sustain and iterate hardware, support anomaly investigations, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead architecture and development of an automation-first Mission Operations System for a rapidly scaling satellite constellation. Build and lead the MOS software team, decide build-vs-buy for flight dynamics and MOS, own contact scheduling and mission planning, deliver a 60–90 day build/buy/hybrid recommendation, and get MOS operational to support the first 20 satellites by end of 2027 while planning scale to hundreds.

Lead U.S. government business development to grow TrustPoint's defense, civil, and national security pipeline for resilient PNT services. Qualify opportunities, shape requirements, execute capture and proposal activities, coordinate internal teams, support awarded programs, and establish repeatable government growth processes and partnerships.

Lead systems integration across satellite, payload, ground, RF, timing, and software systems. Own system-level error budgets, interface control documents, configuration management, and verification closure to deliver cohesive, flight-ready constellations while driving risk mitigation and cross-functional execution.
