Leads and coaches Executive Directors across a portfolio of five to six chapters. Provides executive development, strategic guidance, performance accountability, and support for financial sustainability, community impact, member experience, fundraising, partnerships, staffing, and operational excellence. Collaborates with national teams and the Vice President to address risks, allocate resources, and strengthen the broader chapter network. This fully remote role requires overnight travel several times per year for offsites, leadership sessions, donor meetings, and organizational events.

Leads fundraising for the National Capital Region chapter by managing individual, corporate, and foundation donors; building a portfolio of at least 30 major-gift prospects; pursuing sponsorships and grants; supporting donor events and recognition; maintaining Salesforce records; and partnering with chapter and national teams. The role requires local community presence, frequent local travel, periodic overnight travel, and occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work.

Senior executive who designs and leads a $35M+ fundraising infrastructure, builds scalable processes and data governance, oversees major gifts, campaigns, corporate/foundation grants, direct marketing, planned giving, and donor operations, manages senior development teams, partners with CEO/CFO/Board, and ensures performance measurement, reporting, and cross-functional alignment.
