The Target Analyst Reporter is responsible for producing intelligence products, supporting operations in national security through analysis and reporting of various intelligence sources.

Design, build, and maintain production ML systems: model development, end-to-end pipelines, deployment as APIs, monitoring and retraining, and integration with applications, databases, and cloud platforms. Support MLOps, model versioning, drift detection, and data engineering best practices. Onsite role requiring TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph eligibility.

Develop and maintain software for a national-security program using Java, C#, and JavaScript. Implement backend frameworks (Hibernate, Spring), containerized deployments (Docker, Docker Compose), version control and build tools (Git, Gradle), and cross-platform scripting/packaging on Linux and Windows. Must hold active TS/SCI with Polygraph and senior SWE experience.

Develop and maintain e-learning solutions and websites within a secure government program. Design web content using Joomla, HTML/CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite; build WBTs and Adobe Captivate courses; manage multiple projects, use JIRA, and produce print and multimedia training materials.

Lead and execute offensive cyber operations including red team engagements, network exploitation, malware analysis, and tool development. Produce client briefings, mentor junior operators, and improve operational tooling and efficiency.

Develop and support Computer Network Operations tooling focused on iOS internals and reverse engineering for a cleared national security customer. Work requires active TS/SCI with polygraph and at least one year of cybersecurity/CNO development experience. Collaborate on mission-focused engineering at Fort Meade.

Support IC missions by implementing and enforcing information systems security policies and NIST RMF controls. Prepare and maintain SSPs, SRTMs, C&A packages; perform vulnerability and risk assessments; manage configuration and day-to-day security operations; evaluate security solutions for classified processing; administer authentication mechanisms and maintain operational IA posture.

Perform technical security assessments, design and integrate IA architectures and secure networking/enclave environments, support security planning, risk analysis, and trusted relationships. Work with HPC systems (Red Hat/CentOS/SUSE), parallel file systems (Lustre, GPFS), high-speed interconnects (Infiniband, Slingshot), transition systems to operations, and support HPC/ABS SRE sustainment activities for IC missions.

Must hold active TS/SCI with Poly, be proficient in C, perform firmware analysis/development, reverse engineering across architectures, and conduct vulnerability research. Requires 3+ years CNO-specific development and 5-10 years total experience with a BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Design, develop, deploy, and operate cloud-based applications and containerized systems for a cleared Intel Community program. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, automation/orchestration (Terraform/Ansible/Helm), networking/VPNs, Linux administration, hardware/server rack operations, backups, monitoring, troubleshooting, and end-user access. Communicate across teams and handle helpdesk/JIRA requests. Requires active TS/SCI with polygraph and related degree or equivalent experience.
