Provides in-office IT, systems, technology, and administrative support across the organization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, vendor coordination, onboarding and offboarding logistics, office technology and asset management, software subscriptions and licensing, knowledge management, security awareness support, documentation, and assistance implementing new systems. The role also supports office events, facilities coordination, workplace readiness, and backup administrative duties.

Lead FP&A for a portfolio of programs, managing budgets, forecasts, grant financials, variance analysis, financial models, dashboards, and reporting. Partner with program and operations teams to provide actionable financial insights, support month-end close and organizational planning, and improve finance processes and systems. Manage two Financial Analysts, review their work, strengthen FP&A practices, and communicate complex financial information to internal and external stakeholders.

Leads Panorama Global’s day-to-day operations and translates organizational strategy into execution. Oversees growth, strategic planning, process improvement, grantmaking and fiscal sponsorship operations, IT systems, data security, performance measurement, and organizational governance. Partners with executive leadership, manages senior staff, evaluates business opportunities, ensures compliance, and builds scalable systems and cross-functional capabilities. The role is hybrid in Seattle and may require occasional travel and evening or weekend availability.
