Manages team staffing, partnerships, risks, issues, architecture alignment, and ongoing product enhancements while ensuring alignment with organizational and technology goals.

Translates organizational needs into product roadmaps, requirements, integrations, and scalable solutions. The role assists the product manager in administering an assigned portfolio and coordinating technical product activities.

Provide paralegal support including legal research (Westlaw), drafting and filing legal documents, case management, responding to Open Records requests, assisting with trial/hearing preparation, attending court, supervising lower-level staff, and performing administrative duties for attorneys.

Manage division personnel and operating budgets, review/approve expenditures and purchase requisitions, prepare budget analysis and estimates, ensure compliance with budget controls and state/federal regulations, and use Excel (formulas, pivot tables) to analyze large data for variance reporting.
