Administer government and commercial contracts and subcontracts throughout their lifecycle, including proposals, negotiations, compliance, subcontractor management, risk mitigation, documentation, obligation tracking, and closeout. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, and applies automation and AI-assisted development practices.

Oversee people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, offboarding, and HR vendor management. Coordinate employment policies, audits, records, and regulatory requirements while supporting managers and employees. Lead recruiting workflows, candidate experience, company events, offsites, and culture programs. Build scalable processes and improve HR systems in a fast-moving, regulated startup environment.

Develop and integrate software command-and-control solutions for satellite vehicles within Quindar’s mission management platform. Decompose customer mission requirements, integrate satellites and flight software, troubleshoot low-level hardware and software interfaces, and support scalable product development. The role requires expertise in embedded systems, satellite communications protocols, encryption, cloud services, and software integration. It involves cross-functional customer collaboration and is hybrid in Arvada, Colorado.

Lead cross-functional delivery of commercial space and aerospace programs from proposal through deployment.
