Lead and build the City of Philadelphia Office of Prison Oversight. Set strategic goals, recruit and manage staff, oversee inspections, investigations (including deaths in custody), review policies and data, issue public reports and recommendations, manage a $1.4M budget, engage stakeholders, and run community education and reporting systems to improve prison conditions and compliance with best practices.

Lead and manage high-priority public safety IT projects through all lifecycle phases. Define scope, budget, schedules, assemble teams, ensure compliance with OIT PMO/SDLC, prepare status reports and dashboards, and mentor staff to deliver enterprise solutions on time and within budget.
