Provides high-level executive, administrative, analytical, and operational support to the City Solicitor. Manages calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel, records, assignments, and confidential matters; prepares reports, presentations, and briefing materials; coordinates projects and initiatives; monitors deadlines and follow-up; analyzes workflows; recommends improvements; and serves as a liaison with legal department leadership, city officials, agencies, outside counsel, and other stakeholders.

Manages the department’s full accounts payable cycle, including invoice coding, purchase order matching, approvals, payment posting, and employee expense reports. Maintains vendor billing and payment records, responds to payment inquiries, resolves invoice discrepancies and tax compliance issues, and coordinates with Finance, project managers, staff, and vendors. Ensures adherence to accounts payable policies and procedures while investigating and communicating payment issues.

Manage internal operations for the Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity, overseeing IT, fleet, safety, telephony, asset/inventory management, and supervisory staff. Ensure compliance with City and funder requirements, implement workflows, troubleshoot operational issues, liaise with OIT, chair the Safety Committee, and support equitable operations across units.
