Support Emergent Bilingual (EB) students and school teams by managing LPAC processes, ensuring TEA compliance, maintaining confidential records in Ellevation, supporting language proficiency testing, analyzing EB data to inform language supports, and providing professional development and campus-level troubleshooting.

Manage accurate, timely payroll for 400+ employees; ensure payroll compliance and tax reporting; maintain HRIS and payroll data; produce HR metrics and reports; support onboarding, employee engagement, retention initiatives, and responsive HR service for staff and leaders.

Lead people analytics operations for the region: manage HRIS (UKG) administration, integrate Talent data into Google BigQuery, produce reports and visualizations, audit and improve data quality, train stakeholders, and develop metrics, KPIs, and predictive models to support workforce planning and regional strategy.

Lead and align K-12 ELA curriculum and instruction across nine schools; analyze ELA data, design and deliver professional development, observe and norm instructional practice, support leaders and coaches, codify curricula and assessments, and partner with internal and external experts to implement research-based ELA and science-of-reading practices.
