The Director ensures compliance with TEA mandates, oversees academic policy execution, manages charter renewal processes, and coordinates across departments to guarantee readiness for audits and accreditation.

Lead creative direction and visual identity for KIPP NYC across digital, print, social, video, and experiential channels. Develop brand guidelines, lead multi-channel campaigns (recruitment, enrollment, fundraising), oversee production and asset library, manage agency partners, and create culturally responsive, multilingual creative. Collaborate cross-functionally, manage workflows and approvals, and ensure high-quality storytelling that reflects NYC communities and KIPP NYC’s mission.

Lead design, build, and operation of data architecture, pipelines, and semantic layers. Manage sprint planning, DevOps metrics, data quality and monitoring, and MLOps enablement. Partner with stakeholders, coach engineers, track project plans, and ensure data availability, accuracy, and documentation.

Manage the school main office, coordinate student enrollment and attendance, welcome visitors, support teachers and leadership, maintain records and supplies, assist with events and communications, and ensure daily office operations run efficiently and safely.

Lead secondary curriculum strategy and implementation across ELA, math, science, social studies, AP and dual-credit. Build assessment and progress-monitoring systems, coach leaders and teachers, run walkthroughs and calibration, design professional learning, analyze data, and drive instructional improvements to increase college and career readiness and student outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI data models and interactive dashboards; support migration from Tableau to Power BI; execute complex SQL queries and statistical analyses (Python/R); ensure data quality, governance, and RLS; partner with school leaders and stakeholders to deliver insights, trainings, and prioritized analytics; collaborate with Data Systems on ETL/warehouse improvements and contribute to team documentation and professional development.
