Leads a team of six Business Account Coordinators supporting B2B customers and retail partners. Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, overseeing daily operations, resolving escalated customer concerns, monitoring performance, partnering cross-functionally, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners/Generalists across multiple supply-chain sites, partner with operations leaders to execute HR strategies, drive consistent HR delivery, handle complex employee and labor relations (including union environments), support performance management and workforce planning, and use HR metrics to improve outcomes and compliance.

Design, install, and maintain PLC-based automation systems, vision inspection and ML models, control panels, and robotics/AGV integrations. Troubleshoot, optimize, document control logic and SOPs, retrofit equipment, and ensure safety compliance to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
