Administer multi-company weekly payroll processing, maintain employee payroll records, ensure multi-state tax compliance, manage PTO, garnishments, and timekeeping integrations. Maintain payroll systems (Paylocity, WorkMax), prepare reports and audit documentation, support HR and accounting, and assist employees with payroll issues and verifications.
