Perform FEA, modal/random vibration, shock, fatigue, and explicit dynamics simulations; define transport and handling environments; generate load cases; support test planning and correlation; document analyses for design verification and regulatory interfaces; collaborate across design, thermal, nuclear, and test teams to improve hardware reliability.

Lead design and delivery of multilayer, mixed-signal PCBs for reactor control systems. Define electrical architecture, perform schematic capture and PCB layout, ensure signal/power integrity and EMI/EMC mitigation, support board bring-up, debugging, validation, and cross-functional hardware/software integration for high-reliability deployments.

Provide first-line, in-person and remote IT support for computers, software, hardware, networks, and peripherals; manage Jira tickets; maintain IT inventory; onboard/off-board employees; collaborate on user-facing projects; and develop documentation and processes to improve IT operations.

Manage interview scheduling across time zones, own candidate communication and experience, maintain ATS data integrity, support recruiting workflows, reporting, documentation, event logistics, and collaborate with HR and Operations on offers and onboarding.
