Leads deterministic reactor safety analyses for normal, transient, and accident conditions. Develops thermal-hydraulic, fuel performance, source-term, radiological consequence, uncertainty, and sensitivity models. Collaborates across engineering, testing, materials, and regulatory teams to validate models, resolve technical issues, establish safety requirements, and support reactor design, licensing, testing, and regulatory documentation for an advanced portable microreactor.

Leads testing and verification of nuclear reactor components, mechanisms, instrumentation, and subsystems. Owns test planning, procedures, execution, data analysis, documentation, and requirements traceability. Collaborates across nuclear, mechanical, thermal, controls, and test engineering teams to evaluate performance, resolve anomalies, investigate failures, and implement design improvements. Supports reactor operations, commissioning, readiness assessments, and integrated testing for advanced microreactor hardware.

Owns end-to-end design, analysis, manufacturing, supplier development, assembly, and testing of nuclear reactor fluid systems, including primary and power conversion loops, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, and piping. Performs thermal-fluid analysis, trade studies, FMEA, BOM management, requirements development, and test planning. The role is fully onsite in El Segundo and requires 8+ years of fluids-system engineering experience.

Own the end-to-end design, analysis, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of reactor fluid systems, including primary and power conversion loops, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, and piping. Perform thermal-fluid analysis, trade studies, FMEA, supplier selection, BOM management, test planning, and manufacturing support. The role requires close multidisciplinary collaboration and is fully onsite in El Segundo, California, with occasional extended hours and weekends.

Processes and reviews employee travel and expense reports, corporate card transactions, and reconciliations. Ensures accurate coding, policy compliance, documentation, and adherence to applicable government contract cost rules. Supports employees, follows up on missing information, prepares travel spend reports, assists with month-end T&E accruals, and identifies process improvements. The role also helps maintain T&E policies and handles confidential financial information.

Provides executive support to the Chief Nuclear Officer, manages schedules and communications, coordinates office administration, reception, visitors, shipping and receiving, supplies, budgets, events, and contractors. Supports People Operations with recruitment scheduling and onsite logistics, organizes company celebrations, enforces front-office security protocols, and handles ad hoc administrative and analytics tasks in a dynamic environment.
