Build and lead 3i’s people function across jurisdictions, owning HR operations, compliance, compensation, performance, employee relations, recruiting processes, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, people analytics, engagement, and IT operations. The role manages vendors, counsel, PEO administration, policies, employee data, access systems, and manager support while establishing scalable people infrastructure for a growing organization.

Grow 3i’s New York City membership through warm referrals, lead membership conversations, and drive new member acquisition. Own onboarding, engagement, retention, quarterly member conversations, relevant deal connections, and event hosting. Partner with the investment and events teams, maintain disciplined CRM and call-recording processes using HubSpot and Gong, and consistently achieve membership growth goals.

Grow the 3i investor community in Chicago by sourcing and converting member referrals, onboarding new members, driving engagement and retention, facilitating valuable introductions and deal access, and hosting curated events. The role includes quarterly member conversations, partnership with the investment team, and disciplined use of HubSpot and Gong. Candidates need customer-facing experience, preferably with quota responsibility, strong sales instincts, executive presence, curiosity, self-motivation, and comfort receiving coaching.

Grow the Los Angeles membership community through warm referrals, prospective-member conversations, onboarding, retention, curated introductions, deal engagement, and hosted events. Maintain strong member relationships through quarterly value-focused conversations, partner with the investment team, and follow a disciplined sales process using HubSpot and Gong. The role requires executive presence, initiative, curiosity, coachability, urgency, and comfort engaging sophisticated investors.

Own the creative strategy, programming identity, and end-to-end production of 3i Members’ events across regions. Develop themes, narratives, speaker programming, and signature gatherings; lead event briefings, run-of-show development, and debriefs. Manage three senior event coordinators, collaborate with regional, content, and marketing teams, and represent 3i with sophisticated investors, founders, and fund managers. The role is based full-time in New York City with travel for in-person programming.

Lead development and execution of sponsorship and partnership programs, creating native partner integrations across events, content, and member experience. Build sponsorship packages, manage deal lifecycle and vendor/freelancer relationships, track performance, and collaborate cross-functionally on marketing and event strategy while owning a high-volume production calendar.
