Handles and oversees financial lines claims, including plastic card fraud, theft, and employment practices liability claims. Investigates claims, evaluates coverage, establishes reserves, negotiates settlements, manages litigation and vendors, and ensures regulatory compliance. Communicates claim developments and exposure analyses to management, underwriting, actuaries, reinsurers, insureds, and brokers. Reviews policy language and claim trends while providing customer service and participating in mediations and settlement conferences.

Partner with Specialty Finance leadership and business leaders on three-year budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI reporting, capital investment analysis, strategic planning, and business development. Develop financial systems and processes, coordinate finance deliverables, support operating reviews, and provide actionable recommendations across cross-functional teams.

Prepare reports for management, underwriting, actuaries, and reinsurers; ensure regulatory compliance; analyze claim trends; support policy development; and work with insureds, brokers, vendors, and business partners.

Manage commercial and financial lines claims, including D&O, E&O, EPL, fiduciary, and crime claims. Responsibilities include investigating claims, evaluating coverage, setting reserves, negotiating resolutions, preparing reports, managing litigation vendors and outside counsel, participating in mediations, and communicating claim developments with management, underwriting, actuaries, reinsurers, insureds, and brokers. The role also supports policy language development and requires regulatory compliance, licensing, strong analytical skills, and frequent onsite work.

Leads the enterprise IT governance, risk, and compliance program, including technology risk assessments, control frameworks, compliance monitoring, audits, remediation, third-party risk, and GRC process automation. Advises senior leadership, delivers executive risk reporting, drives cross-functional initiatives, and mentors team members. Requires expertise in IT controls, cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, audit practices, and risk management.

Leads complex commercial lines pricing analyses and actuarial projects with limited supervision. Develops pricing techniques, evaluates product performance and market trends, supports state filings, creates datasets and management reports, and partners with Underwriting, IT, and Product teams to implement rate changes. Improves pricing processes through automation and accuracy initiatives while mentoring less experienced actuarial professionals and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
