Manages the prospect journey from inquiry through move-in, conducts community tours, builds referral relationships, oversees marketing campaigns and events, and maintains Salesforce data. Coaches sales staff, collaborates with community and corporate leaders, presents performance reports, and ensures compliance with regulatory, privacy, and ethical standards.

Supports payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, engagement, retention, personnel records, HRIS updates, and employee customer support. The HR Generalist processes biweekly payroll, manages status changes, tracks new-hire onboarding data, maintains personnel files, and builds collaborative relationships with staff and leaders. Advises employees and managers on leave policies, ensures compliance with FMLA, ADAA, USERRA, and related laws, maintains confidential records, and escalates complex matters to the Leave Manager.

Executes marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels; creates content and collateral; manages CRM campaign data, email segmentation, and marketing automation; tracks performance metrics; coordinates agencies, vendors, designers, and stakeholders; supports marketing technology training and maintains consistent brand messaging.

Processes resident billing, verifies insurance, establishes payer sources, follows up on accounts receivable, posts payments, maintains ledgers and supporting records, runs reports, files paperwork, and assists accounting leadership with assigned duties in a retirement community.
