Manage and supervise a team of Program Field Representatives conducting SNAP case reviews. Ensure reviews comply with agency policy and federal SNAP regulations, translate agency goals into team outcomes, coach staff, and use data to drive training and performance improvement.

Lead OKDHS enterprise technology strategy and teams to modernize legacy systems, improve service outcomes (e.g., SNAP, CWIS), establish cybersecurity and data governance, manage vendors, and deliver measurable improvements within 12 months while building organizational capacity and operating discipline.

Provide legal representation and services for adoptions of children in DHS custody from case plan adoption through court finalization. Prepare and file pleadings, coordinate documentation with child welfare staff, manage ICWA and interstate (ICPC) requirements, liaise with adoptive parents, courts, tribes, and other parties, appear in hearings, and advise on adoption procedures and permanency planning in compliance with Oklahoma and federal law.
