Supports special education data systems, reporting, compliance validation, and data integrity across 105 schools in nine states. Generates and uploads state and federal reports, provides verification updates, delivers software training, and offers daily help desk support for electronic IEP systems. The role also prepares internal reports, supports monitoring visits and due process data collection, and coordinates with special education and cross-functional teams to maximize compliance and funding.

Leads middle school instructional quality and culture by coaching teachers, analyzing student and classroom data, managing staff accountability and evaluations, leading professional learning communities, supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining parent relationships, and reinforcing school procedures. The Dean develops teacher effectiveness, promotes student growth and college readiness, and helps ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.

Administer standardized tests according to established protocols, verify student and proctor identification, manage seating charts and testing materials, provide instructions, prevent cheating or exam tampering, record and certify accurate results, attend required training, and travel to assigned testing sites. Attendance and punctuality are critical on scheduled testing days.
