Manage and grow new and existing corporate accounts within an assigned book of business, implement sales plans, negotiate contracts, meet revenue and sales call targets, coordinate between sales and operations, ensure profitability, and maintain regulatory knowledge and client relationships.

Lead environmental compliance for branch network: investigate and resolve contamination events, coordinate remediation and labs, manage regulatory reporting and audits, advise management on corrective measures, and monitor state/federal regulatory changes. Support documentation for cost recovery and litigation and provide training and compliance guidance to field operations.

Provide contract review and management and prepare/submit environmental license and permit applications. Support General Counsel with drafting correspondence, managing contract workflow, checking documents for accuracy, summarizing records, maintaining reporting databases, and liaising with internal clients and external agencies.
