Supports legal and compliance operations for a life insurance company by coordinating regulatory filings, examinations, audits, complaints, contracts, corporate governance, legal research, compliance programs, deadlines, records, and document repositories. The role prepares work product, maintains trackers and calendars, monitors regulatory developments, and escalates matters requiring attorney or compliance leadership review.

Supports the General Counsel and legal team through calendar and deadline management, correspondence, contract and records administration, regulatory filings, compliance tracking, subpoena and litigation support, complaint handling, legal research, and cross-department coordination. The role also assists with audits, insurance regulatory examinations, policy updates, agent licensing reviews, and special projects while maintaining confidential information and accurate legal and compliance records.
