Lead end-to-end product design for client-facing squads: discovery, research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, design systems, and post-launch iteration. Partner with clients, product, and engineering to ensure technically feasible, high-fidelity execution and present design rationale to stakeholders while contributing to internal design standards and critique culture.

Lead a Squad as primary client liaison to define roadmaps, write technical specs, oversee end-to-end product development, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality products. Contribute hands-on (tickets, manual QA), manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery while driving iterative improvements and product-market fit.

Lead full-stack development across backend and frontend systems, implement and maintain features, fix bugs, collaborate with product and design, support client projects, and contribute to a distributed remote engineering team focused on high-impact startup missions.
