Leads the Partner Success organization for payment and POS clients, driving retention, revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and new business. The role manages and coaches Partner Success Managers, establishes growth objectives, oversees pipeline and KPI performance, supports complex client negotiations, resolves escalations, and uses profitability and growth analysis to improve client value. This remote leadership position requires Salesforce proficiency, payment and POS ecosystem knowledge, and up to 50% travel.

Leads VersiTech’s partner sales channel, owning growth, profitability, retention, and market expansion. Directs Partner Success, Partner Growth, Relationship Management, and Client Enablement teams; develops go-to-market strategy, partner activation, boarding, portfolio economics, marketing adoption, forecasting, and operating cadence. Serves as executive escalation point, develops leaders, drives cross-functional alignment, and manages partner relationships across payment processing and POS products.

Owns internal business-analysis intake and portfolio governance across departments. The role prioritizes requests using evidence, evaluates process improvement and automation opportunities, quantifies costs and benefits, manages funding and measurement, defines analysis standards, mentors analysts, and ensures financial-system controls and documentation. The position is hybrid in Atlanta with regular on-site work and light travel.

Manages client relationships across payment and POS partnerships, focusing on retention, satisfaction, onboarding, issue resolution, and growth. Maintains client data in CRM platforms, coordinates with Client Services, Finance, and Sales, educates clients on processes and profitability, supports associates, and handles complex client concerns. The role is remote, operates during standard business hours, and includes minimal travel.

Own the full business development lifecycle for net-new ISV and channel partners, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, contract execution, onboarding, and activation. Manage Salesforce pipeline discipline, forecasts, partner training, and competitive intelligence while meeting activation, processing-volume, and retention targets. Coach a supporting Business Development Representative and collaborate with onboarding and go-to-market teams. The role is hybrid in the Atlanta area with approximately 30% travel.

Designs and delivers complex backend systems and multi-component features, making trade-offs among scalability, speed, cost, and maintainability. Builds reliable, observable, testable production systems; contributes to architecture; mentors engineers; collaborates with Product and QA; communicates technical risks; reduces technical debt; and drives engineering process improvements.
