Provides customer service and sales support at a bank branch, including opening and closing accounts, advising customers on banking products, cross-selling services, answering inquiries, resolving issues, handling checks and cash-related duties, and assisting branch management. Requires accurate, confidential, and professional service while maintaining knowledge of banking products, regulations, and procedures.

Oversees daily branch operations while assisting the operations manager with staff supervision, scheduling, training, performance reviews, customer service, account services, policy compliance, audits, reporting, budgeting, and promotion of banking products. Ensures employees meet branch goals and deliver accurate, efficient, and professional service to customers.

Analyzes borrower financial statements, repayment capacity, collateral, industry conditions, and credit trends; prepares credit requests for lenders and loan committees. Conducts credit inquiries, reviews loan documents, supports loan-processing software users, monitors collateral reports and inspections, and participates in asset reviews while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Leads the bank’s overall market performance, reputation, growth, regulatory compliance, financial objectives, commercial loan portfolio, and sales activities. Directs bank management personnel, oversees performance and training, participates in loan committee decisions, supports product pricing and marketing, represents the bank in community organizations, and implements strategic policies and business plans.

Leads credit analysts and ensures timely, accurate completion of credit analyses. Evaluates borrower financial statements, repayment capacity, industry conditions, collateral, trends, and performance. Supports loan committee presentations, supervises and trains analysts, maintains loan documentation software expertise, and may monitor collateral inspections, construction draws, borrowing base certificates, livestock, and real estate. Requires confidentiality, accuracy, deadline management, and knowledge of banking, loan analysis, and accounting.

Provide administrative and client-facing support for mortgage loan applications: answer calls, gather and review documentation, update CRM, coordinate with originators and processors, ensure timely disclosures, follow up on loan status, and perform general office duties.

Sells treasury management products and services to existing and prospective banking customers within an assigned territory. Demonstrates solutions, supports customer selection, develops prospects, makes joint lending calls, reports customer and competitive insights, and participates in trade shows. Installs and trains customers on treasury management equipment and access. Provides sales support for third-party merchant, payroll, and insurance services while maintaining product, market, and compliance knowledge.

Manages insurance client accounts and serves as the primary customer contact. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and quotes, issuing binders and policy notices, distributing certificates, maintaining agency records, processing claims and loss notices, assisting with renewals, and cross-selling insurance products. The role requires accurate administrative work, customer service, collaboration, insurance knowledge, proper licensing, and regular in-office attendance.

Serve as first point of contact: greet clients, manage front desk, answer and route multi-line calls, support agents with scanning/filing/data entry, process payments, use agency management system (e.g., EPIC), handle mail and office supplies, and perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
