Processes invoices, expenses, corporate card transactions, and payment runs; manages vendor onboarding and records; audits AP transactions; resolves discrepancies; supports ERP and AP system implementations; maintains procedures and training materials; and assists with audits, reporting, and process improvement.

Serves as a trusted HR partner to community leaders and associates. Manages onboarding, new-hire orientation, HR documentation, associate relations inquiries, policy interpretation, HR metrics, regulatory compliance, and daily HR administrative operations. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Provides administrative and customer service support to the Director of Sales at an assisted living community. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, maintaining CRM records, preparing tour and move-in materials, answering calls and emails, supporting brochures and mailings, and coordinating with team members to welcome prospective residents and families.
