Support design, build, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. Serve as the functional lead for Power Platform solutions supporting Army/DoD programs: elicit and document requirements, define process flows, produce functional specs and user stories, support Power Apps/Power BI/Power Automate design, facilitate UAT, maintain traceability, support configuration management and project scheduling, and liaise between stakeholders and developers to ensure compliant modernization and automation.

Design, implement, and sustain secure LAN/WAN/cryptographic architectures for a DoD environment. Provide Tier-3 support, configure Layer-2/Layer-3 devices, implement NSA CSfC/TACLANE solutions, troubleshoot routing/firewall issues, automate network discovery, coordinate with providers, ensure STIG compliance, and document configurations and activity reports.

Lead systems engineering for C2 IT at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam: design and implement Zero Trust and Data Centric Security solutions, maintain enterprise infrastructure and private cloud, support DoD classified environments, mentor operations staff, manage upgrades/integrations, and ensure compliance with NSA CSfC, STIGs, and DISA requirements.

Design, configure, and maintain voice, video, and data communications systems (including cloud-based products). Supervise VOIP/VTC installation and maintenance, plan and operate IT communications services, oversee secure voice end-user device deployment and troubleshooting, perform site surveys, and coordinate network issue resolution. Support DoD/Army network environments and may require on-call availability.

Lead night-shift SOC operations: direct triage, threat hunting, incident response, validate AI-assisted detections, mentor analysts, coordinate cross-functional response, document incidents, and support exercises to protect classified mission networks.

Lead design, delivery, integration, and documentation of enterprise IT architecture for DoD-classified environments across the Pacific. Oversee systems and network SMEs, ensure security compliance (STIGs, CSfC, CDS), evaluate technologies, produce solutions and LOMs, transition projects to sustainment, support 24/7 operations, and act as operations POC when needed.

Oversee and coordinate multiple DOD IT projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Manage contractor personnel and resources, integrate processes across functions and locations, act as liaison between government PMO, service providers and contractors, provide leadership and customer relationship management, and deliver timely notifications to the PMO per the PWS.
