Improve developer experience and production reliability by creating shared abstractions, declarative service configuration, durable workflows, and a service catalogue to speed provisioning and incident resolution.

Design and own Cursor's storage layer: databases, caches, and multi-database topology. Build sharding, migrations, query instrumentation, cache infrastructure, and guidance for choosing storage engines to ensure reliability, performance, and scalable operations.

Lead day-to-day support systems and workflows: manage ticketing, routing, queues, labels, escalations, and intake. Triage urgent issues, prioritize requests, drive technical/operational programs end-to-end, partner with engineering/data/IT, and use Cursor and AI-native workflows to reduce toil and improve system reliability.

Lead and scale a Forward Deployed Engineering team embedding with enterprise customers to build production-grade AI-native workflows. Own delivery quality, stakeholder relationships, scoping, executive technical sponsorship, deal strategy, hiring, coaching, and partner enablement to ensure fast, repeatable, high-impact engagements.

Own Salesforce and adjacent sales systems support for a rapidly scaling GTM organization. Triage and resolve issues, debug with logs, improve UX, detect patterns in support volume, and build scalable agentic automations and system-level fixes. Document solutions and reduce recurring tickets.
