Lead cross-functional development, qualification, and mass-production ramp of 3D NAND OEM products for data center applications. Align customer requirements with engineering capabilities, manage technical schedules and dependencies, evaluate engineering results, resolve memory issues, coordinate readiness reviews, and communicate product specifications, roadmaps, recommendations, and risks to internal teams and customers.

Lead digital NAND Flash memory design projects spanning microarchitecture, Verilog RTL design, verification, synthesis, DFT, timing analysis, integration, and closure. Deliver designs meeting power, performance, and area targets; support post-silicon evaluation, debugging, and productization; collaborate with internal and external teams; and mentor junior engineers.

Partner with NAND design, systems, process, reliability, and manufacturing groups to support device development, qualification, product improvement, and volume production ramp. The role requires semiconductor device physics expertise, advanced process knowledge, experimental design, and strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Lead strategic initiatives across Global Operations and Supply Chain Planning, partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to address supply and demand challenges. Own complex workstreams from problem definition through implementation, develop data-driven insights and financial scenarios, and present recommendations that shape strategic priorities and improve operational performance.

Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates chip architecture and core circuit structures for high-performance NAND flash, including advanced 3D NAND memory. Performs circuit feasibility evaluations using HSPICE, PRIMESIM, and Verilog simulations, followed by silicon evaluation. Troubleshoots complex problems, analyzes results, collaborates across teams, and delivers work in a fast-paced environment.

Leads the global strategy, roadmap, delivery, governance, and support of Sandisk’s Workday HR application suite. Oversees HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll, talent, reporting, integrations, security, and related HR processes. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and global teams to drive transformation, automation, compliance, data quality, application improvements, release management, and executive-level escalations. Directs global and APAC resources, manages vendors, and prioritizes initiatives aligned with business needs and platform capacity.

Leads end-to-end technical program management for semiconductor and memory test solutions from product definition through high-volume manufacturing. Coordinates ASIC/SoC, DFT, validation, test engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams; manages schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, qualification, production readiness, KPIs, yield improvement, automation, and executive reporting.

Develop and qualify system-level test solutions for advanced NAND products from new product introduction through mass production. Responsibilities include defining test, design-for-test, and debug methodologies; developing ATE programs and scalable test automation infrastructure; investigating yield and qualification issues; conducting failure analysis; analyzing test data; improving product quality and manufacturing robustness; and communicating technical risks and mitigation plans across global, cross-functional teams.
