The AI/ML ASIC Architect will develop AI Storage Solutions through advanced architectures, author specifications, and collaborate with teams to optimize AI/ML accelerator performance.

Design, implement and run benchmark tests for AI infrastructure (GPU systems, multi‑GPU servers, rack scale). Configure AI stacks, profile performance across compute, memory, storage and networking, analyze bottlenecks, optimize data pipelines, and produce reproducible, automated benchmark reports and recommendations.

Lead month-end close and consolidation activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support global accounting processes, drive automation and process improvements, oversee quality reviews and trainings, and assist internal and external audits to ensure SOX and US GAAP compliance.

Lead end-to-end program execution for consumer products: plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines/risks, launch products, and implement continuous improvements and post-launch feedback loops.

Manage department budgets (headcount, OpEx, CapEx), produce budget vs. actuals reporting and variance analysis, monitor cloud billing, support forecasts and month-end close, build financial models and dashboards, present insights to leadership, and respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests.

Develop and validate advanced process and packaging technologies for memory/logic stacking with TSVs. Design solutions, perform analysis, debug complex issues, lead cross-functional integration, interface with suppliers/customers, and maintain technical documentation.

Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA RISE solutions for Financial Planning & Accounting, ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment while overseeing workshops and system configurations.
