Designs memory systems for HBF-based NAND Flash products supporting AI infrastructure. Responsibilities include defining controller interfaces, management, reliability, and performance algorithms; collaborating with firmware and validation teams; and verifying and characterizing algorithms on production systems. Requires an Electrical Engineering degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience; NAND flash and process technology expertise are advantageous.

Designs and develops analog and mixed-signal ICs for advanced 3D NAND flash memory, including low-power analog modules, high-voltage word-line drivers, sensing networks, and related circuits. Responsibilities include architecture feasibility studies, interface specifications, simulation using HSPICE, PrimeSim, and Verilog, design verification, layout integration, silicon evaluation, characterization, and troubleshooting. The role collaborates with layout, characterization, and other design teams throughout implementation and validation.
