Serve as the QA partner for lending data microservices and daily data jobs, ensuring data integrity for applications and BI reporting. Design and execute API and UI automation tests, triage issues, validate data pipelines (Medallion, Airflow), and set testing best practices. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to improve processes, tools, and team capabilities.

Lead quantitative analyses of loan originations and portfolio performance to identify credit risks and improvement opportunities. Build multivariate/predictive models, conduct diagnostic and funnel analyses, measure costs/benefits, design monitoring and controls, present recommendations to VP-level stakeholders, and drive hands-on implementation using SQL, Python, Excel, AI tools, and financial modeling.

Manage high-volume outbound leads, consult with members to identify financial needs, close one- to two-call sales, maintain a pipeline of 20–200+ leads, use Salesforce to track activity, and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets while balancing empathy and efficiency.

Evaluate applicants' financial status and property details, advise clients on mortgage/HELOC products, assist with applications and documentation, operate LOS/CRM/credit systems, follow up with applicants and vendors, and obtain/maintain required state MLO licenses (NMLS/SAFE).

Lead organic discovery strategy to grow brand visibility and monthly organic revenue across search engines and AI answer engines. Build authority via content, technical SEO, schema, and data architecture; run competitive analysis, tests, and cross-functional execution with engineering and BI to optimize traffic, LLM citations, and conversion.
