Leads the people strategy for a multi-site, unionized manufacturing business. Drive process standardization, ERP transformation, integrations, lifecycle management, testing, deployment, reporting, analytics, and mentor team members to improve efficiency and operational excellence.

Serve as HR/Payroll technical liaison to IT and vendors; drive HR technology roadmap, manage HR systems and managed-service partnerships, lead projects from discovery through deployment, govern vendors (ADP, Cornerstone, UKG), support testing/UAT, change management, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement including AI-enabled HR initiatives.
