Provides on-site HR support to faculty and staff, serves as a resource for routine HR questions, coordinates recruitment, hiring, onboarding, contracts, appointments, compensation, employee lifecycle transactions, records, orientations, and HR projects. Collaborates with Academic Affairs, Finance, Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely personnel processes while maintaining confidential employee records.

Provides individualized academic advising and student support for adult learners in online undergraduate education, teacher residency, and apprenticeship programs. Manages student caseloads, supports registration and degree completion, monitors persistence, assists with scholarships and grants, conducts outreach, coordinates recruitment activities, maintains student communications and resources, collaborates with faculty and program staff, and contributes to reporting, assessment, and grant-related activities.

Coordinates academic operations supporting online education, including vendor management, digital library resources, faculty training, career services, AI-enabled student tools, work-integrated learning, and commencement. Manages budgets, contracts, assessments, project roadmaps, professional development initiatives, and cross-functional relationships with faculty, staff, students, vendors, and external partners. Supervises assigned staff and supports continuous improvement aligned with institutional goals.
