Track shipments, coordinate ports and terminals, manage transload warehouse capacity and KPIs, dispatch truckload orders, optimize routing, resolve exceptions, communicate with logistics partners, and maintain customs, hazardous-material, security, and audit documentation.

Supports logistics sales and operations through management reporting, freight pricing and quotation assistance, CRM and sales database maintenance, customer inquiry and complaint follow-up, shipment processing, cross-functional coordination, sales documentation, profitability analysis, market research, and process improvement. The role also provides administrative support to sales leaders and business development activities while maintaining communication between internal teams and customers in English and Korean.
