Develops, writes, edits, and publishes communications content including emails, web content, blog posts, op-eds, talking points, essays, and annual reports. Translates complex civil rights issues into accessible narratives, ensures editorial and brand consistency, supports digital audience engagement, manages content calendars and production workflows, and collaborates with communications, development, consultants, and organizational leaders.

Senior Counsel will lead complex civil rights litigation and advocacy involving digital justice, discriminatory data practices, algorithmic systems, emerging technologies, and online harms. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategies, conducting investigations and legal research, drafting briefs and pleadings, managing co-counsel and stakeholders, advising organizational leadership, mentoring legal staff, producing public-facing materials, and monitoring developments affecting digital rights and equal opportunity.

The Paralegal will provide administrative support related to litigation, assist in managing legal documents, and ensure compliance with court procedures.

Serve as the senior finance leader for a $25M+ operating budget and $60M asset portfolio. Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, scenario modeling, cash and investment oversight, compliance, internal controls, finance systems modernization (Sage Intacct preferred), and Board/committee reporting. Supervise Finance Manager and oversee accounting operations, outsourced vendors, and cross-functional financial guidance to support organizational sustainability and mission-driven decision-making.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the President and Executive Director, managing complex calendars, travel, meeting preparation, executive communications, task-tracking systems, and confidential matters. Coordinate with Communications and Development teams, attend meetings to take notes and ensure follow-up, and support events including evening/weekend commitments. Serve as primary internal/external liaison and ensure efficient execution of executive priorities.

Fellowship to support litigation and advocacy at the intersection of civil rights and technology. Conduct fact research, engage communities and stakeholders, develop and potentially implement litigation or advocacy strategies focused on surveillance pricing or generative AI discrimination.
