Provide front-line customer service and administrative support for Nebraska VR: intake, data entry, appointment scheduling, document collection, payments/accounts processing, vendor setup, office management, and assistance to VR Specialists to help clients with disabilities secure and maintain employment.

Perform in-field and in-office audits of IFTA and IRP for interstate carriers. Analyze mileage and fuel records, determine correct taxes and fees, prepare audit files and work papers, direct audit team activities, use computerized accounting systems, testify in hearings, and complete special projects. Position requires travel and public-facing communication.

Develops, maintains, and conducts retirement and employer training seminars and related curricula; creates video content and publications; schedules seminars and coordinates instructors; reviews plan changes and legislation; evaluates educational resources; provides graphic design backup; performs substantial overnight in-state travel.
