Manages complex Employment Practices Liability and Fiduciary claims, including investigation, coverage evaluation, valuation, settlement strategy, litigation management, mediation and trial monitoring. Drafts coverage correspondence, negotiates coverage issues, coordinates with counsel and vendors, maintains accurate claim records, supports underwriting and actuarial teams with data, and mentors junior adjusters.
