Manage complex Employment Practices Liability (EPL) and Fiduciary claims by investigating, evaluating coverage, determining valuation and settlement strategies, attending mediations/trials, drafting coverage correspondence, mentoring junior adjusters, supporting underwriting/actuarial analytics, controlling litigation costs, and maintaining claim records and relationships with brokers, insureds, and counsel.

Lead a multidisciplinary analytics team to deliver BI, advanced analytics, data science, and AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across underwriting, claims, finance, and operations. Define strategy, ensure fit-for-purpose model development and governance, foster stakeholder adoption, and modernize analytics capabilities while managing team performance and delivery.

Prepare, submit, and track state insurance rate, rule, and form filings. Coordinate with underwriting, legal, actuarial and external vendors, respond to regulatory objections, monitor SERFF and FilingRamp, process reports and EFTs, and serve as primary contact for assigned filings.

Build, deploy, and operate Azure-based data integration and analytics solutions using Databricks, Delta Lake, ADF, and Synapse. Implement ingestion, transformation, data models, governance, performance optimization, CI/CD, and MLOps patterns while collaborating with architects, offshore teams, and business stakeholders.

Lead North America Specialty Complex Claims team handling complex coverage disputes, litigation, and arbitration across multiple lines. Develop claims and litigation strategy, manage outside counsel and discovery, advise underwriting, control litigation costs, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage the full lifecycle of North America primary casualty claims: investigate, evaluate coverage and liability, set reserves, draft coverage positions, coordinate with insureds/claimants/attorneys/brokers, escalate issues, and drive timely, audited resolutions.

Lead end-to-end test management across unit, integration, system, regression, UAT and release readiness. Define and enforce test strategy, automation, quality gates in CI/CD, environment and test data governance, coordinate testing across multiple scrum teams, manage vendor KPIs and SLAs, drive defect trend analysis, and provide release risk and quality reporting to stakeholders.

Manage complex primary casualty claims including investigation, coverage analysis, reserving, negotiation, and disposition. Mentor junior adjusters, review contracts and tenders, handle NY Labor Law and product liability matters, identify subrogation, and coordinate outside counsel while ensuring adherence to company policies and documentation standards.

Provide high-quality service to internal and external clients supporting underwriting and brokers. Handle policy administration (binding, issuance, endorsements), maintain accurate underwriting records, manage diaries and deadlines, review documents for compliance, build broker relationships, support renewals and new account marketing, and mentor junior staff.
