Leads federal government business development and account growth for assigned client groups. Builds relationships with government decision-makers, identifies and qualifies opportunities, develops capture and account strategies, supports contract negotiations, conducts forecasting and financial analysis, and briefs leadership on pipeline progress. Coordinates with U.S. government agencies, embassies, Congress, and interagency partners; supports diplomacy and policy objectives; develops proposals, reports, briefings, and recommendations. Requires substantial foreign assistance, government procedures, contracting, policy, and stakeholder engagement experience, plus an active Secret clearance.

Leads complex foreign assistance programs supporting U.S. digital, cyber, and emerging technology policy objectives. Oversees program design, implementation, budgets, partners, performance measurement, evaluations, and reporting. Coordinates with the Department of State, other U.S. agencies, embassies, Congress, allies, and international stakeholders. Develops engagement plans, drafts policy materials, resolves implementation issues, and manages grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, and interagency agreements.

Develops, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains software supporting intelligence and geospatial data management applications. Plans and coordinates software development activities, applies standards throughout the development lifecycle, resolves program errors, and analyzes system capabilities. The role requires experience with multi-tiered or microservice applications, cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, scripting, and Linux, plus an active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a counterintelligence polygraph.

Design, configure, develop, test, and support scalable Salesforce solutions for federal clients. Build Apex and Lightning Web Components functionality, configure Salesforce security and workflows, and integrate Salesforce with external systems and AWS services. Gather requirements, support release planning, troubleshoot technical issues, participate in CI/CD and DevOps, and ensure compliance with federal security and governance requirements. Collaborate with government stakeholders, cloud engineers, QA, and business analysts while producing technical documentation and briefings.

Provides administrative support to government staff by preparing reports, correspondence, action papers, travel orders, calendars, meetings, and read-ahead materials. Organizes conferences and events, reviews documents for accuracy and compliance, develops administrative procedures, manages SharePoint and workflow tools, and supports personnel and office operations. The role is full-time onsite at a government facility and requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Provides GIS data development, editing, integration, spatial analysis, database and application access management, web mapping support, map-service publishing, troubleshooting, and automation. Develops scripts using Python, ArcPy, ModelBuilder, or SQL; delivers GIS training; gathers user requirements; and prepares technical documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams. Supports enterprise geospatial workflows in DoD or civil engineering environments.
