Provide first-line technical support for employees across locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printing, and account access. Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory/Entra ID/Azure AD and Microsoft 365, deploy and support endpoints, maintain IT asset inventory, document resolutions, and assist with projects and rollouts. Participate in on-call incident response and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
