Provide technical support across company locations by troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, networking, printers, mobile devices, accounts, and business applications. Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint systems, IT assets, onboarding, offboarding, tickets, documentation, and remote support. Respond to critical incidents, address security threats, assist with technology projects, and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and engineers.

Designs, deploys, standardizes, and supports Cisco-based LAN/WAN infrastructure across corporate and venue environments. Responsibilities include routing, switching, firewalls, network services, platform upgrades, monitoring, migrations, troubleshooting, documentation, maintenance windows, event technology support, and lab validation. Serves as a Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation point, coordinates with vendors and carriers, leads site cutovers, and occasionally provides onsite field support.
