Coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle: schedule and manage interviews, support candidate travel and logistics, maintain ATS data, build recruiting reports/dashboards, train hiring managers on ATS, and support offer coordination to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees (domestic and international), ensure multi-state and local tax compliance, perform audits and reconciliations, analyze payroll data and variances, manage garnishments, maintain payroll controls and records, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring People reports, ensure workforce metric consistency, clean and reconcile HR data from Oracle HCM/ADP/Excel/SharePoint, benchmark metrics, implement AI and automation (ChatGPT Enterprise, Power Automate), support HR tech implementations and testing, and create documentation and training for stakeholders.

Support indirect procurement for marketing, HR, finance, corporate and restaurant services. Coordinate RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, perform spend and market analyses, support contract/SOW/SLAs, manage supplier performance, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and track savings, risk, and supplier metrics using BI and AI tools.
