Lead design and delivery of an enterprise Azure Databricks Lakehouse platform, migrating from Azure SQL Server. Set data platform strategy, mentor data engineers, ensure cloud-native ETL/ELT, reliability, observability, and support analytics/AI/ML. Manage portfolio, budget, vendors, and stakeholder alignment to deliver a single source of truth for insurance domains.

Supervise and coordinate a team of claims professionals, ensuring accurate adjudication, regulatory compliance, quality audits, training, performance management, and resolution of coverage questions and complaints.

Lead actuarial valuation and modernization efforts including reserve establishment, regulatory compliance, financial reporting support, audit and exam preparation, automation/AI improvements, and oversight of NAIC RBC and valuation processes. Design reusable, secure, and scalable AI and automation solution patterns, build reference implementations and proofs-of-value, provide technical advisory, embed responsible AI practices, create standards and reusable assets, and enable distributed teams from intake through production while partnering across architecture, data, security, and operations.
