Lead and grow the project management practice: manage client relationships, win new work, lead bids, oversee project managers and delivery of infrastructure programs, handle financial tracking and invoicing, mentor staff, liaise with municipal authorities, and support SOX controls where applicable.

Lead end-to-end development of compliant, persuasive proposals and interview presentations for US Infrastructure pursuits; manage stakeholders and timelines, translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives and visual stories, own PowerPoint design and visuals, maintain sector-specific content and case studies, and coach senior leaders for client interviews to improve win probability.

Lead PMIS implementations and data strategy for major capital programmes: translate requirements, configure systems, integrate cost/schedule/asset data, design dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), drive user adoption, provide training, and support digital governance and continuous improvement across PMO functions.

Serve as client representative to deliver complex construction projects from design handover through operational handover. Manage design and construction teams, NEC contract administration (CEMAR, EWNs, CEs), project controls, risk, schedule, scope, quality, compliance and stakeholder engagement while reporting to the PM Lead.
