Job Description

Main Purpose: 

Managing pan - India Projects on internal platform- Wrench.

  • Reviewing Newly added project information (scope, timeline, resources), as shared by all Regions.
  • Creating project work-breakdown-structure using MSP tool.
  • Reviewing Project details, in order to revise or add additional audits.
  • Understand the internal platform, for troubleshooting.
  • Connect with vendor for any issues with the platform.
  • To act as the key representative and ensuring that all WBS are created immediately.
  • Tasks are completed to the right accuracy and quality standards.
  • Tasks are completed efficiently on time.
  • Key information and data is effectively communicated and appropriately retained.

Key Responsibilities:

To support the role of Process Coordinator, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standards

  • Review Project scope and supporting documents to identify operational, and delivery risks; highlight potential impacts
  • Review construction projects across their lifecycle and provide structured observations on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and compliance.
  • Configure and set up projects for initiation on the internal project management platform, ensuring accurate project data, governance structures, and approvals.
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules on the internal platform in alignment with contractual milestones and business requirements.
  • Review the project audit plan to ensure alignment with internal policies
  • Update and refine the audit plan as required based on project progress, risk assessments, or management inputs.
  • Perform periodic reviews and highlight key observations, deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities to the reporting manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation related to project setup, audits, reviews, and approvals in line with organizational standards and audit requirements.
  • Own and maintain the internal process and project management platform; coordinate with internal technology teams for enhancements, issue resolution, and system optimization.

Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues faced by end‑users while using internal platforms, applications, and management reports, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

  • Education – Candidate should be graduated (Diploma/B.E/B.Tech) in Civil engineering from reputed Institute.
  • 2-3 years of work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
  • Knowledge in MSP tool will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should have relevant experience of working preferably for a construction base build projects , having a graduate degree with excellent technical and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with presentation skills and the capability to relate and communicate with people from a variety of diverse backgrounds at all levels of the industry.
  • Must have good and working knowledge of Civil structure and Finishing works.
