The Associate Product Manager will translate customer feedback, business needs, and product ideas into requirements, feature briefs, documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and evaluation criteria. They will collaborate daily with engineers, participate in customer conversations, maintain product documentation, and help develop AI-powered talent, skills, and learning products. The role requires strong communication, structured problem-solving, requirements-gathering skills, and daily hands-on use of AI tools.

Own product marketing for an AI-native talent and skills intelligence platform. Responsibilities include leading launches, developing messaging and marketing assets, managing the self-serve funnel, conducting market and competitor analysis, developing partnerships and channels, and operationalizing marketing systems and metrics. The role requires early-stage startup experience, strong writing, AI tool fluency, data analysis skills, and familiarity with HR technology and product-led SaaS.

Own end-to-end capability development engagements, including performance diagnosis, capability-gap analysis, measurable proficiency targets, learning interventions, workflow tools, practice support, outcome measurement, and adaptation. Partner with client L&D teams, build director-level stakeholder credibility, use AI tools appropriately, and eventually train additional practitioners.

Lead US Managed Learning Services commercial strategy, build and manage an enterprise sales team, set quotas and territories, close multi-year $2M+ deals, partner on pricing and delivery, and engage senior L&D and talent leaders to drive growth.
