Maintain some personal production and participate in ongoing leadership training and joint work opportunities.

Build and grow a client base through networking and prospecting. Provide customized financial strategies across wealth accumulation, retirement planning, risk management, and asset protection. Develop long-term client relationships, generate new business, and continuously improve through coaching and professional development. Compensation is commission-based and tied to production and client growth.
