Develops RFI and RFP responses, builds trusted stakeholder relationships, communicates product value to technical and executive audiences, tracks opportunities, and provides market and product feedback. The role requires expertise in ticketing, sales, marketing, analytics, live entertainment, sports, cultural arts, or attractions, with travel of up to 40%.

Provide customer support, SaaS platform configuration, troubleshooting, training, and event-day assistance for LATAM clients. Manage SLAs, coordinate escalations, maintain knowledge-base content, identify recurring issues, and report on customer health, satisfaction, and platform adoption. The role requires strong customer relationship, communication, technical problem-solving, CRM, ticketing, and Spanish-language skills, plus willingness to travel to client venues and events.
