Lead and manage complex research projects on Oregon criminal and juvenile justice topics, performing experimental and quasi-experimental analyses, disparity and trend analyses, cost-benefit and resource allocation studies, producing analytic reports and presentations, and coordinating data collection, analysis, and dissemination for policymakers and leadership.

Two-year Honors Attorney program placing recent law graduates as Assistant Attorneys General to work on litigation, criminal and administrative matters, client advice, and public law issues. Provide administrative and clerical support to the transportation maintenance manager and area crews: public contact, scheduling, data entry, vendor invoice processing, payroll/timecard review, meeting support, budget monitoring, office equipment operation, and occasional overnight travel.

Must type 30+ WPM and work in a high-contact DMV office environment.

Develop and execute proactive media relations and communications strategies; act as agency spokesperson; coordinate with executive leadership, Governors' communications team, and partners; prepare executive-level written materials; manage media outreach across print, broadcast, and digital platforms; advance equity-centered public information programs supporting OHCS policies and initiatives.

Perform shipping and receiving, mail processing, submit supply orders, conduct annual equipment/asset inventories, and coordinate headquarters motor pool and related recordkeeping.

Manage and track requests for patient and public records and laboratory specimens; ensure specimen release follows procedures; advise staff on retention and secure destruction; update records policies, procedures, and training; support HIPAA compliance and report disclosures per ISPO policies.

Provide paralegal support in the Economic Justice Section: manage case files, conduct legal research, maintain e‑filing and PACER accounts, manage eDiscovery and ESI, prepare trial materials, draft and edit pleadings, and assist attorneys with litigation, discovery, and witness preparation.
