Owns Thunder’s architecture practice, standards, governance, and technical quality across complex Salesforce, cross-cloud, data, and AI solutions. Leads architecture reviews, presales solution oversight, escalations, and technical strategy while mentoring architects and shaping career standards. Provides executive-level client influence, governs integrations and data foundations, evaluates AI applicability, and supports critical engagements through solution design and recovery.

Develop and deploy secure Salesforce solutions for Federal agencies using Apex, Lightning Web Components, automation, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and program managers to translate mission requirements into scalable technical designs. Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and agency security standards, participate in code reviews, and support testing and troubleshooting in cleared environments. The role requires extensive Salesforce development experience, Federal systems integration expertise, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Design and develop secure, scalable Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and data pipelines. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Experience Cloud integrations supporting federal workflows such as licensing, permitting, inspections, and case management. Modernize legacy government systems through API-led architecture while enforcing FedRAMP, NIST, and PII/PHI safeguards. Collaborate with architects, project leads, and federal stakeholders in Agile teams.

Designs and implements Salesforce, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect solutions for federal clients. Leads business and technology analysis, architecture initiatives, client discovery, solution estimation, documentation, delivery execution, and quality assurance. Acts as a CRM and Amazon Connect subject matter expert while partnering with customers, sales teams, technical architects, and delivery teams. Requires consulting experience, hands-on Amazon Connect configuration, Agile exposure, data analysis, dashboard creation, and willingness to obtain security clearances.

Lead UX/UI design authority for Salesforce and AWS projects, designing accessible user experiences, UI components, themes, and CMS solutions. Manage interface architecture across Salesforce clouds, conduct accessibility testing, create prototypes and wireframes, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with the Salesforce Lightning Design System. Requires 5–7+ years of Salesforce UX/UI experience, strong stakeholder leadership, accessibility expertise, and familiarity with Salesforce products. Salesforce UX Designer certification and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce AI agents and custom actions on the Salesforce platform. Build Apex classes, LWCs, flows, and API integrations with Data Cloud and legacy federal systems. Enforce AI safety, federal security/compliance, support testing/UAT, and enable secure DevSecOps/CI/CD deployments in cleared environments.

Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce AI agents and custom actions on Salesforce. Build Apex, LWCs, flows, and secure API integrations with legacy federal systems and Data Cloud. Ensure AI safety, compliance, testing, and support CI/CD/DevSecOps practices in cleared federal environments.

Lead architecture and delivery for complex Salesforce ecosystems: translate sales inputs into Technical Design Documents, develop Apex/LWC solutions, manage cross-cloud integrations and data migrations, run client workshops, oversee onshore/offshore teams, and enforce development best practices and release management.

Lead technical design and delivery of scalable Salesforce architectures with emphasis on unifying customer data via Data Cloud. Translate business requirements into solutions, define system architecture and data models, oversee development and integrations, enforce coding standards, estimate technical effort, and support sales and client-facing activities.

Serve as Scrum Master for a federal Salesforce delivery team focusing on Experience Cloud and Agentforce AI. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, align sprints with federal ATO/NIST compliance, track and report metrics (velocity, burndown) using Jira/Azure DevOps, coach teams and stakeholders, and ensure continuous delivery and release readiness.
