Leads HR strategy and employee relations at an onsite manufacturing facility. Partners with business leaders, conducts complex investigations, manages workplace incidents and claims, supports performance management and benefits, delivers training, oversees separations, and ensures employment-law and HR-policy compliance. Builds employee engagement, coaches leaders, and drives strategic and hands-on HR initiatives.

Analyzes supply chain and logistics data to improve efficiency, forecasting, carrier performance, reporting accuracy, and cost control. Develops standardized KPI reporting, supports optimization projects such as warehouse slotting and route planning, investigates root causes, coordinates corrective actions with service providers, and assesses commercial forecasts using market, sales, customer, and promotion data.

Partner with infrastructure, security, networking, storage, and application teams on database strategy. Track incidents and project initiatives while resolving issues cross-functionally.

Coordinate, lead, and manage all phases of capital projects for the Amboy facility. Bid and review engineering information, track schedules and budgets, recommend and implement engineering improvements to boost throughput, quality, safety, and cost savings, and troubleshoot processes to identify root causes of production or quality issues.

Lead global HR for Sensient Flavors & Extracts, partnering with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, development, and HR operational excellence. Manage and develop the global HR team and implement talent strategies across North America, Latin America, and Europe.
